March arrives, Magnolias blossom in the gardens, the young Kestrels that hatched earlier next to the cottage are starting to fly and explore Talhouet, only matched by the woodpecker noisily chipping away at the huge 400 year old oak tree, primroses and daffodils are everywhere and so spring is definitely here!

The Cottage & Gardens

Set in tranquil countryside, originating in the 17th century and charmingly restored, the cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equiped and includes microwave, cooker, fridge and toaster.
The cosy lounge area with woodburner, digital tv, dvd and cd player is welcoming and comfortable.

The seating area in the spacious bedroom is great to sit and enjoy the wonderful view across the valley

The bathroom while being modern still keeps the traditional atmosphere of this country cottage.

The gardens around the cottage include BBQ and seating areas to relax read, picnic or just take in the breath taking views across the valley.

The grounds are edged by the forest making exploring by walking or cycling very easy.
The local family run Creperie/Bar within walking distance, is renowned for this local delicacy and home brewed cider and both popular and very friendly

The river Blavet is a short distance away for kyacking canoeing walking fishing and cycling again with picturesque countryside and places to explore
